I am a one person business and do my best to accommodate life's ups and downs but here are my terms and conditions for my art classes.
You are responsible of your own safety and equipment
No refunds or credits once a payment has been made
If I need to cancel a class(es), then a full refund or credit will be given for the class(es)
I cannot offer credits/refunds for hospital, dentist and GP, other medical appointments.
Workshops, payment in full is required when Booking a space, no refunds or credits unless I can fill your space.
No refunds for COVID illness
No refund on Gift Vouchers will be given after the payment is received
Payment due a week before the start of the class(es) including Saturday and Private (1:1) classes
Over 18 years old only, no maximum age!
